In the sixth part, we will finish the skinning of the whole main body mesh. We will do skin for the Neck, Head, Jaw, Eyes, Eyelids and Eyebrows.
This 7 part video series will guide you through the whole process of rigging and skinning a 3D character from start to finish. At the end of this series, you will have an animation ready character, to be used for any kind of body animation.
I will explain every step of the process in comprehensive detail so even beginners will not have trouble getting to the final result. Everybody can do this! Getting into animation is tough and requires quite the determination and resilience, but these videos will help you guide you through this difficult process and make it easy for you.
We will be using 3ds Max CAT animation system for this. If you don’t know what CAT is, 3ds Max CAT (Character Animation Toolkit) is an animation system inside Max that offers a lot of useful features.
