The Les Humphries Singers were an international vocal group led by Englishman Les Humpries (10 August 1940 - 26 december 2007) who lived and worked in Hamburg, Germany, where he formed his group in the 1970’s. ’Mexico’ was their second biggest hit in the Netherlands reaching #2 in the Dutch Top 40 in the fall of 1972.
