Chancellor Scholz is to cut benefits to migrants who enter Germany if they’re coming from another EU member first. Ben Habib joins Ian Collins on Talk to discuss the move. While both seems to be encouraged by the plan, Ben has he’ll believe it when he sees it. Germany has historically been one of the most liberal countries in the EU on the subject of immigration.
