Russia’s Continued Threat Towards Ukraine

Secretary Blinken: Russia has continued to escalate its threat toward Ukraine. It’s bigger than a conflict between two countries, and it’s bigger than a clash between Russia and NATO. It’s a crisis with global consequences.
