’Belarus President diverts Ryanair flight’ with blogger on board

The Belarusian President has been accused of ordering a Ryanair flight flying from Greece to Lithuania to be diverted to Minsk. State media in the country said it was redirected due to “a bomb scare“ however opposition blogger Roman Protasevich was arrested when the flight landed after the plane was escorted by a fighter jet.
