FIRST ENGINE START! - DarkAero 1 Aircraft

The DarkAero 1 first engine start was a success! The DarkAero 1 was designed specifically around the UL520iS engine made by UL Power. There are a number of tools that we used to get the engine to a state where we could test run it. A big component of this was establishing proper torque values. For this we used a combination of 1/4“, 3/8“, and 1/2“ torque wrenches.
