Selected Originals (offcuts, selected scenes, out-takes, rushes) for story ’K’ ON TOUR - 59/77. Extra footage to the newsreel story. Various shots of guest sitting around tables in the 20th Century Fox studio (commissary?) at a party given for Soviet Premier Nikita Kruschev. He seems to make a speech at one point and shares a joke with another man. Frank Sinatra glimpsed briefly in L/S of guests at a table. Several shots the arrival of Kruschev at an airport - Los Angeles? Photographers wait. Pressmen phone their stories through at a special desk. Mr and Mrs Kruschev walk down the steps of the TWA Boeing 707 plane and shake hands with officials. They are then driven off in the motor cavalcade, flanked by motorcycle cops. Point of view shot as we drive along the Hollywood freeway towards Los Angeles. View looking out of car window and back towards the cavalcade. Brief shots as we drive through Los Angeles (?).
