There is a way to get the Infernal Robes and Karlach lives so you don’t have to kill her permanently in Baldur’s Gate 3. Mizora tasks Wyll to kill Karlach and completing this quest you get the Infernal Robes as a reward, but Karlach dies. You can get the Infernal Robes from Mizora without killing Karlach, keeping her alive.
