Witness description: “I’m driving east on the 84 from Oregon. I was on my way to make a delivery. I noticed the lights because its pitch black on that hwy at night. When I first noticed it I thought it was a dome mansion built into the mountain side. Stationary lights with a silhouette of half of a pancake or half a circle.
