Ingredients Chicken ( I used chicken drumsticks, you can use chicken thigh ) Marinate the chicken: 1 tbsp garlic spices: turmeric, ginger, chicken seasoning ( optional ), black pepper, thyme and salt. ( you can add any spices you like ) 2 to 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp mustard lemon juice marinate in the fridge if you have time vegetables: potatoes, carrots, onion and tomato ( marinate in same marinade ) I fried the chicken and sautéed the vegetable before oven bake, you can definitely skip this step and put everything in the baking pan. add just little bit of water and parsley. bake at 200c for 50 min covered. uncover and bake for another 10 to 15 min. hope you enjoy the video. don’t forget to subscribe, like and share. your support is highly appreciated.
