Happy 73rd Independence Day to All. Jai Hind! Greetings from India will celebrate its 73rd Independence Day on August 15 (Thursday) with great enthusiasm. Honorable Prime Minister Shri. Narendra Modi Ji will unfurl the Tricolour at the ramparts of the Red Fort. This will be followed by the national anthem and a 21-gun salute. The duration of the 21-gun salutes coincides with the length of the national anthem which is 52 seconds. The Prime Minister will then address the nation from the fort which is located in the Chandni Chowk area of Old Delhi.
