1 Year Calisthenics Transformation 14-15 Years Old
I hope this inspires you. When I started my calisthenics journey, my only goal was to get the muscle up and I thought that was the furthest I am probably ever going to get. I exceeded my expectations and reached this level in this short amount of time.
Also I think in the part where I did 3 reps of one arm pull ups, I was doing a small bounce and the bottom of my reps so I kind of cheated :|
Some of you guys might ask how did I get the back lever and human flag without following proper progressions. Its probably from carry over from training other stuff like protraction strength in planche for the back lever. For those who keep asking I’m 5 foot 7 (170).
