Myiasis in a kitten - not Mangoworms for once!

4 weeks old kitten was found 2 days ago on the streets, malnourished, dehydrated,unable to defecate. Fly maggots have burried themselves into a gap next to the anus and at the prepuce. Nasty stuff... Maggots removed, kitten very weak, his chance of survival is 50/50.
