The Doors - L.A. Woman - Piano Cover

I think that every cover artist deals with the fidelity issue, I mean, how close to the original song I´d like my cover to be. I think that you can insert more or less new elements on your covers, and thats is an individual choice, a matter of taste or personal style. In my covers, I choose to maintain the original features of the song, mainly the vocal and instrumental lines, trying to make a piano version that sounds as close as possible to the original. So here´s my new one: this L.A. Woman Piano Cover. It took me a long time to make it, since it’s a 6 minute song, with a lot of really great solos by Manzarek (1:57) and Krieger (love the guitar at 5:00), and all. But I had a great time doing it, in fact I added some “improvisings“ in the slow section, upon the “riders on the storm“ theme, you can check it out at 3:53 . So, it is a pleasure to share this cover here, it would be very very nice to have some feedback from you guys. Thanks!!
