Artist Bio: The Iranian metal band, formerly known as Demonic Ritual, was founded in 2013 by vocalist Mani Kewmars, and, after many line-up changes and two demo tapes, Nima Kewmars, the younger brother of the vocalist, joined the band as lead guitarist and main songwriter. After that, the Mottaghi brothers (Farhad as rhythm guitar and Faramarz as drums) joined the band, and they renamed the band to War Angel. In 2017, they released their debut album called ’Symphony of War’. The band released their second album, ’Tales of the Damned’, in 2020, which has some changes in music and lyrics compared to their debut. The first single from this album was “Tomb of the Pharaoh“, which garnered attention from famous artists like Gary Holt.
