Body-cam footage shows Tucson officer fatally shooting armed 17-year-old

The Tucson Police Department released an edited video revealing snippets of body-camera footage that show an officer fatally shooting 17-year-old Simon Pancho the morning of Aug. 26. During the video, Sgt. Pete Dugan, a department spokesperson, said officers were attempting to arrest Pancho, who police said was affiliated with a gang, was also suspected of participating in a drive-by shooting, and wanted on violent charges that included armed robbery and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
