Paint Plein Air: The Hills with Marge Kinney

Marge describes “en Plein Air“ painting as a French term which means “to paint outdoors“ in plain air. There is a remarkable added dimension when painting on location. The sounds of birds, the wind through the trees, the strength of waves, the rush of a stream, or ripple of a shoreline affect how the artist places colors on the canvas. The weather and changes of color as minutes and hours pass also affect the outcome. A group of artists can paint the same scene and yet each painting will be one of a kind, reflecting the style of the artist. In this video she will paint the hills. Enjoy! Then paint the other 35 videos. Thank you for watching.
