This exercise will help improve the perception of your body position in the water as well as the ability to learn how to float.
1. Take a big breath and hold!
2. Grab your ankles and form a ball shape.
3. Curve your back and push your chin down!
4. Let your body float naturally!
5. Keep this position for as long as your until you need to breathe again!
