Work as an architect: What did I learn while collaborating with other people?

For the past few months I’ve been trying to get through Ray Dalio’s huge book “Principles: Life and Work“. There are a lot of useful thoughts in this book, but the key one that resonates most with me is: “Strong and solid contacts with the people around make us happy“. It seems to me that this principle works on all levels of life from friendship and love to self-realisation as a professional. Even though I just finished my Bachelor’s degree, I have already had quite a few collaborations with different people, both inside and outside of my studies: group competition projects, attempts to start my own online school, furniture restoration. I’ve decided today to share the conclusions I’ve drawn from these experiences.
