Little Red Flying-Fox mum and baby: Daffodil and Dandelion

Little Red Flying-Fox mum Daffodil is in rehab to heal after coming into care off barbed wire. Baby boy Dandelion was born in care. Daffodil is a wild bat and is still quite wary of the carer, so when her baby decided to become independent and start to explore, she tried to pull him back to safety. Since then Dandelion makes a point of hanging alone when he can, so the carer was able to catch him quickly and weigh and measure him to make sure he was developing and doing well.
