The police officer explicitly mentioned in the incident report that “I NOTICED SHE WAS UNUSUALLY LARGE FOR A 12 YEARS OLD. SHE WAS THE SIZE OF AN ADULT.“ So we understand if you have a hard time believing she’s 12 but she actually is. On April 7th, 2022, an officer responded to a runaway report. Upon contacting the parents of the female, the officer learned that she had left home to go to her friend’s house but departed without informing them of her whereabouts. Later, they were able to locate her, but she was very uncooperative. Shortly after, they were able to locate the daughter, who was behaving very aggressively. The situation continued to escalate because the daughter wasn’t eager to understand the situation and remain calm. The female continued yelling and behaving in an agitated manner. The female was showing no signs of calming down and continued to disobey the officers. Because of her attitude, the officers had no choice but to put her in shackles. Even after being shackled, the female didn’t stop abusing the officers. Shortly after, the officers decided to wrap her up in restraints. She was soon transported to jail for further processing.
