A day in the life of a UK boarding school. Royal Hospital School. Myths and reality.

The UK Boarding School – is part of a huge world with a rich history, rules and secrets. During my work as an education consultant for best boarding schools in Britain, such as the Royal Hospital School in Ipswich, I came up with a list of myths and stereotypes haunting UK independent schools, e.g. children are being fed fried chicken and chips only. The world of UK private schools is still closed to many. In order to understand it at least a little bit, you need to see it from inside. A short UK boarding school tour won’t help you understand what is boarding school life like. I have always dreamt of spending a whole day in a real boarding schools in Britain and creating uk boarding school documentary, addressing all or most of the stereotypes about British boarding schools. I have managed to realise my dream. I spent the whole day in one of the best UK boarding schools, the Royal Hospital School. Here is the result of my findings.
