cooking for myself · part xliv one pan pizza #asmrfood #korean #foodie #foodasmr #cooking #cookingathome ____________________________ RECIPE ONE-PAN PIZZA pizza, piza, peeza… oh how i have feared you for so long. mostly because i never allocated money towards investing in the equipment (like a baking steel, pizza peel, etc). well i’ve waited long enough, i’m starting my pizza journey with this one-pan pizza recipe that i found from @ieatishootipost . i’ve also gotten some guidance from @notapizzeria (on Instagram), who makes some wonderful pies. and i just placed an order for a baking steel and some other equipment. i was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED at how well this turned out. i had always thought that pizza needed to be made in some fancy wood-fired oven and a stone in order to taste “good”. granted, i do think this has a lot of improvement, i know i did a lot of things “wrong” by pizza connoisseurs, but at the end of the day i thoroughly enjoyed this pie. future pizza recipe vide
