Boeing Starliner Successfully Lifts Off Carrying Crew
Boeing’s Starliner capsule launched successfully on its first crewed mission, CFT-1, carrying Barry “Butch“ Wilmore and Sunita “Suni“ Williams. Flying on top of a ULA Atlas V rocket, the capsule lifted off at 10:52am Eastern time from SLC-41 from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. Starliner is expected to dock with the ISS in the coming days and then reenter to complete its test flight.
