Healthy Chicken Noodle Soup... my tastiest Asian chicken soup for colds! | Marion’s Kitchen
This is the healthy Asian chicken noodle soup recipe I always make when I’ve got a cough or cold. My Asian chicken soup is packed with immune-boosting ingredients like ginger, garlic and turmeric.

1:12 Searing and browning the chicken to get lots of flavour
2:38 Adding in onion, ginger, garlic, fresh turmeric, chillies
4:04 Adding in the powdered spices
4:21 Adding in chicken stock to deglaze the pan
4:58 Adding the seared chicken back in, along with the chicken stock, water, and let it cook for 15 minutes
5:36 While waiting, get the noodles cooking and your greens prepped
6:29 Remove the chicken from the pot and slice/shred them up and then cook your greens
7:07 Check the soup to see if it needs any extra seasoning
