Midland 77-104GTL UK (CB 27/81) CB radio Mobile) - On The Air Test

Richard Shireby with Mr Chippie (mobile) demonstrate the Midland 77-104GTL UK FM CB radio from around 1994/95. Our standard on the air test. This time Mr C starts off just short of 7 miles away the wrong side of a hill & in poor terrain for radio & comes towards me. Good test as the radio didn’t drop out a any point. Mr C reported TX audio a little more muffled than most sets. When, like this radio, the set comes without the factory mike, we always provide the same standard generic type. I would be interesting to compare audio therefore between our standard mike & the original type supplied with the rig.
