Israeli forces infiltrate Shufat camp for house demolition of Palestinian assailant

Israeli forces comprised of border police and the Israeli army, raided the Shufat refugee camp in Jerusalem on the morning of Wednesday (November 8) to carry out a demolition of a house belonging to the family of 14-year-old Palestinian, who carried out a stabbing attack in February. Video provided by Israeli police showed the detonation of the explosives planted in the house causing smoke to billow from the building. The house demolition was conducted by governmental orders and ruling of the high court, despite an appeal. The 14-year-old Palestinian Mohammad Zalabani, stabbed an Israeli border police officer, police said in a statement, in February, an Israeli security guard at the scene shot at the attacker, hitting by mistake the officer, who later died of his wounds, the police said.
