Hundreds of protesters upset about the grand jury’s decision not to indict white police officer Darren Wilson in the shooting of unarmed African-American teenager Michael Brown, blocked parts of the Interstate 44 highway near the Edwards Jones Dome in St. Louis, Tuesday.
