Overpass god tier monster smoke (maybe too slow?)

Need to check rush timings, but theoretically it should take the same time to execute as the old version. My not-at all scientific findings so far show me that the Ts can be right in front of the smoke as it goes off, so the older one may still be preferable unless someone can deploy it faster.
