Hey, it’s Jane Chebyjane. Finally made it to the beach to work out. Shining sun, nice sea breeze, stretching and yoga - what could be better?
Today I decided to focus on stretching legs and pelvic muscles. The video shows exercises for the advanced level, but no one prevents you from starting with simpler ones. After a while you will feel lightness in your body, and maybe even do a twine :)
