In 2019, Bored Panda created a post about Andy Ivanov and his illustrations depicting a mermaid that lives in a lake. Well, the artist behind those drawings created a part two to his previous heartwarming story that captured the internet’s love and attention: the dramatic, but sweet love story between a mermaid and a beautiful story continues after the exciting cliffhanger it left us with last time. Where will the love story of this unexpected couple bring us this time? We decided to include part one of the story, so you’ll know what happened last time if you missed it. The author told Bored Panda about the first time he started creating these illustrations: “For the first time, I decided to participate in the annual challenge #mermay.
