Makoto Shinkai is a poet and Kotonoha no Niwa is his poem. This particular piece of art shows that no words are needed to express emotions.
With The Garden of Words emphasizing the nuances, I felt that it is only fitting to talk about this film indirectly, so I’ve tried to include as much detail as I could without being too elaborate. This is neither an analysis nor a review in the traditional sense. I’ve also put some Easter Eggs in there, let’s see if you can find them!
I’ll be on a hiatus(ish) for about two weeks, but will try to read all the comments eventually, I’m so excited to hear what you think!
Until next time when we’ll step into, yet another world,
Bessekai
