Viktor Vasilyevich Starostin (1938-1999)

Viktor Vasilyevich Starostin (, Orsk - , Orsk) is an artist. Born in a family of teachers, he was interested in drawing since childhood. He graduated from the N.K. Krupskaya National University of Culture (1966) and worked for 20 years in the Orskpromstroy Trust. Since 1963 - a regular participant of city, regional and All-Union exhibitions. Laureate of the 1st, 2nd, 3rd festivals of amateur creativity of workers.
