内股は、柔道の投技の足技の一つ。 近代柔道では、背負投、大外刈、巴投と並んで最もポピュラーな技のひとつである。 Uchi mata is one of the original 40 throws of Judo as developed by Kanō Jigorō. It is classified as a foot technique, Ashi-Waza. To this day uchi mata has consistently been one of the highest scoring techniques in competition.
