Joe Biden needs help from Jill Biden as he is ‘cognitively impaired’

President Joe Biden needs his wife, Dr Jill, to prompt him because he is “cognitively impaired,” according to New York Post columnist Miranda Devine. Ms Devine pointed to a recent interview the president did with the American-Spanish language Univision TV, in which his wife Dr Jill Biden had to prompt him on occasions when he “forgot words”. She said it is clear Mr Biden is “cognitively impaired”.
