The FIRST Scientific Research On Ankle Techniques EVER! - James Payne

On March the 10th 2023 I took part of the first scientific research at the University of Nantes with the Bio-mechanic research engineer Aurelie Sarcher for the Drums Biomech project! The goal of this research is to analyze if there is any musculoskeletal damage that we can cause to our body by using in the wrong way the bass drum ankle techniques! In this video I will explain in detail what we did and why what they are doing is a breakthrough in the drumming community!
