Happy 40th Anniversary Rainbow fans! I have already uploaded this concert before. This is Rainbow performing live at the Orix Theater in Osaka, Japan on Thursday December 9th, 1976 Around 6:30pm. This Mr. Peach recording comes from a bootleg entitled “Purple Haze.“ Catch the Rainbow from this show can be heard on the live album “On Stage.“ At the beginning of Man on the Silver Mountain, Rainbow perform a short jam of Hendrix’s “Purple Haze“. Rainbow do not perform the usual encore “Do You Close Your Eyes“ and instead end the show with “Still I’m Sad“. Ronnie Dio (.)
