Master of Light Merlin can be acquired from the first chapter chest in the Heavenly Light event. The skin can also be purchased directly instead of rolling for the chest. You can pre-purchase the event for 8,160 gems. There are 4 chests in the event, each with 5 skins and 1 cosmetic bundle. There will be an initial discount on each chest (340 gems instead of 400 gems).
