CORSICA ’76 - present The Corsican National Liberation Front ( Corsican : Fronte di Liberazione Naziunale Corsu , or FLNC ) was a military group that supported the independence of the island of Corsica from France . They also want all FLNC members imprisoned in France to be transferred to prisons in Corsica. The Conculta Naziunalista is often seen as the organization’s political wing. The FLNC was created from a merger of Ghjustizia Paolina and the Fronte Paesanu Corsu di Liberazione, the two largest Corsican armed organizations. It is an off-shoot of the political party A Cuncolta Independentista which has members in the Corsican Assembly and some support with the Corsican people.
