I built a starter home on 50x40 lot for my legacy sims

It’s not truly a starter if you count lot value, but it’s 16k, so technically it’s a starter. It has a pond, though i didn’t make it functional. I had to place the sign into the pond not next to it, stupid. And i forgot a mailbox.... But it’s a chance for you to pick the spot yourself? Haha trying to find excuse for myself, sorry... But check the video the house IS beautiful an the lot is very much functional, tested in my next legacy letsplay
