Here’s a new fitness routine that you can follow in real time! Sharing my favorite full-body workouts that apply to everyone (including my scoliosis warriors)! Stephen Cheuk, who does individualized training, guides my form on the below exercises that require some equipment. They are low-impact and unilateral to help correct muscle imbalances.
-Single-leg glute kickbacks
-Pallof Press (w/ resistance bands) / iso hold / then twist on each side to target
