Ukraine: ’Poroshenko has signed his surrender’ - Zakharchenko

The head of the self-proclaimed DPR (Donetsk People’s Republic), Alexander Zakharchenko declared that Ukrainian President, Petro Poroshenko, ’signed his surrender when we requested peacekeepers be deployed to the Donbass region’, in an address to press in Donetsk, Monday.
