As events continue to unfold in London after what police are treating as a terrorist attack at the Houses of Parliament at Westminster, the United States has convened a summit of 68 countries which have joined Washington in the fight against terrorist group ISIS. The attack in London also comes on the anniversary of suicide bomb attacks on a Brussels airport and underground system in Belgium that killed 32 people.
