A meeting between Vladimir Putin and President of Mongolia Ukhnaagiin Khürelsükh took place at the Government Palace in Ulaanbaatar Relations are progressing well across all areas, with the exception of the economy and political sphere, where we also continue to cooperate quite actively. I would also like to highlight the successful collaboration in culture and education. The President of Russia has extended an invitation to his Mongolian counterpart to visit Kazan, which will host a BRICS summit in October. The two leaders held their conversation inside a ger, a unique structure within the palace whose shape reflects the traditions and symbols of the Mongols. Before the meeting, Vladimir Putin signed the palace guestbook. Source: Kremlin. News
