No title. L/S of a woman in a white dress posing in the garden of the house. C/U of the same woman who turns to face the camera and smiles. She then turns her head to face the other direction and looks down. Another woman with longer hair perches on the wall beside some steps in the same garden. She smiles and turns her head. C/U of the woman, she moves her head and smiles. Intertitle reads: “The last lady is - Miss Jessie Marshall of Leeds and her number is 24.“ Jessie wears a white dress - L/S of her standing in old established garden. She looks around. C/U of Jessie smiling and turning her head for the camera. “Just to refresh your memory...“ No. 21, No. 22, No. 23 and No 24 are shown again - short C/Us of each woman. (No. 22 was not seen in the preceding sequence so presumably this section is lost.) Note: Pathe ran a “Screen Beauty“ competition in 1920. Women were invited to send in their photographs, 24 finalists were chosen for these screen tests. Cinema patrons chose the winner
