Robert Williams of conducted an interview with Schmier of Destruction in San Antonio, Texas. March 2009. Schmier of German thrash metal legends Destruction took some time out of his busy schedule recently to sit down on the Destruction tour bus before a San Antonio, Texas concert and talk metal. Among the topics covered include his unique perspective on touring the United States post Dimebag, the upcoming Chris Witchunter tribute concert, his recollection of the controversy regarding the band’s cover of the Exploited song “Fuck The USA“.
