Full title reads: “Cardiff. ’As it was ... & as it will be!’ - again. Princess Elizabeth’s wonderful miniature cottage - gift of people of Wales - which was seriously damaged by fire.“ Cardiff, Wales. M/S of miniature cottage donated to young Princess Elizabeth (Later Queen Elizabeth II). People are standing in front of the cottage. Duke and Duchess of York (later Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother and King George VI) opening the door to the cottage - which was to have been a present to Princess Elizabeth. The Royal couple come out of the cottage. M/S of the cottage without anyone in shot. C/U front door. (Despite being called miniature the cottage is actually big enough for adults to walk about in - they do have to bend down a little.
