From the perspective of an anonymous harper of Gondolin who was witness to the events: the murder of Ar-Feiniel, White Lady of the Noldor, at the hand of the Dark Elf, Eol, her husband. This tragedy leads ultimately to the fall of Gondolin, due to the treachery of Maeglin, Aredhel’s son.
