Ben Spencer’s Incredible Season | Bath/England Rugby Tribute (23/24)

Bath may have finished second best behind Northampton Saints, but amongst many of their talented players lies the most talented of them all: Ben Spencer. Though their star signing has been Finn Russell, his scrum-half counterpart has been operating on a different level of class all season long. Across all domestic competitions for Bath, as well as a brief cameo for England against Scotland in the Six Nations, Spencer has scored eight tries, assisted copiously in others, kicked superbly and defended like a soldier on the frontlines. It should be no surprise that he’s been included in England’s summer squad after completing what was quite possibly his best ever season at The Recreation Ground.
