Dire Straits - Money For Nothing Riff Guitar Tab and Real Backing Track

Hi everyone, here’s a great resource for learning the opening guitar riff to Money For Nothing by Dire Straits. Make sure you leave the guitar pick to one side - to get that classic Mark Knopfler sound we have to play finger-style and pay close attention to all the subtleties in the dynamics. I’ve recorded a guitar play-through demonstration with scrolling tab followed by the backing track with a scrolling grid-view tab. Both tracks are made from the isolated vocal, bass and drum parts from the original song - I overdubbed the guitar on the play-through.
